Having understood how trauma, especially childhood trauma, can influence one's decissions, work, relationships and life overall, I have tryed all kinds of therapies over the years; they all involved going deep into emotional episodes of the past, let's say, relieve them and then deal with all that comes out over periods of weeks, even months. When Rares told me about this 'Time line' technique, how quck and effective it was, I was a little scheptical, to be honest: you do not have to go through the experience, no need to write letters to different charracters related to those hidden emotions ... nothing?! Just like that they can be simply erased and our brain can be so simply reprogrammed?? Well yes, it was that simple! Under Rares's guidance and under his sharp eye, I felt comfortable to face some of my major demons and eliminate them, instantly. At first the changes feel so natural that it was difficult to detect them, however, the changes for me have been so major that I find people around me scrambling to adjust to this new me, this real me! I set boundaries, not taking any bad behaviour from anyone, esily saying 'no', feeling deserving of a better life and feeling free and even rich after just a couple of sessions. I’m flying” that’s what I’ve told myself after working with Rares. I lost a big boulder made out of negative emotions that was sitting on my shoulders, crushing me down, keeping me away from myself, my true self. Since he, masterfully, lifted the weight, we threw it away together and I started piloting through life. I’ve seen my relationships improve in all the ways possible, I found myself thinking positively everyday, every second, I found myself dropping useless habits, developing healthy ones, observing thoughts constantly.
